Return and Refund Policy

Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of item receipt, and shipping back to Bonny Road is at the expense of the customer.  Candle must be received in unused condition, and original sales price will be added as a store credit, minus sales tax or shipping.

Our candles are created and packed with the utmost care.  Occasionally damage may occur in shipping.  Bonny Road cannot be held liable for shipping damage, nor shipping delays which may result from inclement weather or carrier issues.
